Refund & Return Policy – ADVAYA ORIGINALS

At ADVAYA ORIGINALS, your trust matters to us. We take great care in producing and packing our stone-pressed oils and natural products. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help and make it right.


No Returns on Edible Oils

Due to the perishable and consumable nature of our stone-pressed oils, we do not accept returns once the product has been delivered, unless:

  • The product arrived damaged or leaking

  • You received an incorrect product or variant

This policy helps us maintain the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and product integrity.


Eligible for Return / Replacement

We accept returns or replacements in the following cases:

  • Wrong product or variant delivered

  • Damaged, leaked, or defective product on arrival

  • Unopened, unused non-edible items (if applicable), reported within 7 days of delivery

To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging

  • The issue must be reported within 7 days of delivery

  • Clear photos or videos of the issue must be provided


Refunds & Resolutions

Once your request is reviewed and approved:

  • A refund will be processed to the original payment method, or

  • A replacement product will be shipped, or

  • Store credit may be issued if a refund is not feasible

 Please allow 5–10 business days for refunds to reflect in your account after approval.

  • Clear photos/videos of the damaged or incorrect product

  • A brief description of the issue

Our team will review your request and respond promptly.


Order Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order.

Once processing or dispatch has begun, cancellations are not possible, as our oils are prepared, packed, and dispatched with care and speed.

Additional Notes

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners. We will be unable to accept returns due to variance in taste, texture, colour or aroma. This is because our products are completely natural so no two batches will be identical. No compromise is made in the natural production process, We make sure to use best quality and organic ingredients to ensure that maximum nutritional value is retained. Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction due to taste or personal preference
