Makes: 3 cups

Ingredients:

  • 2 large Surti raw bananas
  • 2 tsp salt
  • Advaya's stone-pressed Coconut Oil for deep-frying

Instructions:

  1. Peel and slice bananas thinly
  2. Heat coconut oil in a deep pan
  3. Fry banana slices until golden and crispy
  4. Drain on paper towels and season with salt
  5. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container
