Makes: 3 cups
Ingredients:
- 2 large Surti raw bananas
- 2 tsp salt
- Advaya's stone-pressed Coconut Oil for deep-frying
Instructions:
- Peel and slice bananas thinly
- Heat coconut oil in a deep pan
- Fry banana slices until golden and crispy
- Drain on paper towels and season with salt
- Serve immediately or store in an airtight container
